James N. Edmonds, Jr. D.M.D., M.P.H.

After graduating from Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry, Dr. Edmonds obtained a Masters of Public Health degree at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. Subsequently, he received his degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Allegheny General Hospital. Dr. Edmonds is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a member of various professional organizations, including the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Chalmers Lyons Honorary Society, the Western Pennsylvania Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Pennsylvania Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Edmonds is also on the staff of a number of area hospitals including Allegheny General Hospital, UPMC-St. Margarets and Ellwood City Hospital.
